Yes! We've finally started offering PS Vita repair via mailing it from Bismarck, North Dakota, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your PS Vita fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your PS Vita repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your PS Vita issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your PS Vita. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Super great experience! My appointment was at 5:30pm and I showed up a little early. They checked my phone and identified the issue right away. Phone was fixed in 10 min and I was on my way. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately they don't take anything outside their standard list of services it seems. For example I asked if they could put back together my iPhone which someone else opened and couldn't re-assemble. They said no because they don't want to be liable. I understand the point, but sorry, that's pretty weak.

Let's be fair here. You should have been more responsible with your iPhone. We were cordial with you on the phone and we were honest with you. We made clear of what we do and what we don't do. We did not provide any services for you, the only thing that we did provide was friendship and honesty. We gave you 99.9% of customer service that the other place didn't give you. It's quite unfortunate that our relationship has turned sour so quickly. Please reevaluate your review. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated.

Had a YLOD about few weeks ago & wasn't sure what I want to do with it. After reading the review through google & yelp I decided to take my PS3 in. Dropped it of around noon & was told the turn around time is 2 to days. Then got a call from Kenny in the same afternoon saying it's all good to go. Talk about speed, these guys are awesome! Def highly recommended !
