Samsung Galaxy S4 Repair from Montgomery - Alabama

Yes! We've finally started offering Galaxy S4 repair via mailing it from Montgomery, Alabama, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Galaxy S4 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Galaxy S4 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Galaxy S4 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Galaxy S4. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

User Reviews

I think most of these positive reviews here are a bit exaggerated or fluffed up. My experience with xcubicle was not good at all. When i took my playstation 3 for the yellow light repair xcubicle charged me $20.00 up front for their so called diagnostic. On top of that, I had to wait a few days, they then called stating that they could not fix my ps3 and had the option of buying one from them. I was told that If I bought one from them, I could not have my old one back but xcubicle still wanted to charge me full price on the one they wanted to sell to me. I found that a bit shady. My advice, stay away.

"5/9/2013 Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time out to review our business and we're sorry that you've had an unpleasant experience with us. When did you bring your console in for a repair? Generally with all yellow light repairs, there is a 90% success rate and its unfortunate that we were unable to repair yours. The $20.00 diagnostic fee that was collected is for the time we spend on trying to repair your console. If we were able to repair your console, the diagnostic fee would go towards the final repair cost. It would not have been an additional charge. The trade in offer is just an extension of our services. We help our customers cut cost by trading in their non-working console for a fully working one for a more economical price. If you feel that we've charged you unjustly for our services, please feel free to come back and we'll refund your diagnostic fee. We look forward to your response. Much thanks, the xcubicle team"

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

Grade A service, fast repair and friendly staff and Bitcoin friendly! My Playstation 3 was suffering from a disc drive failure. After doing some searching online this was the only repair place in NYC that I found that accepts Bitcoin as payment. The service was quick, and now I have a working PS3 again! I highly recommend this place!

Raph. - Device (Android Tablet) : PIPO M9 Quadcore. Problem (Minor) : , Hey awesome squad at XCubicle, I have a PIPO M9 Quadcore Android Tablet. My tablet slipped out of the case I had it in and it dropped. No cracked screen, just the Home Button on the edge of the Tablet, it popped into the tablet. Whenever I pick it up, I can hear the buttons rattle inside the tablet. I looked up what may be done to remedy this (most recommended DIY videos on YouTube with my particular device) but those cover cracked screens, flash ROMs, etc. Nothing about fixing buttons in a " Oh damn" moment. I thought of you guys immediately, as I once brought in my busted PS3 to you guys and till this day its as if its brand new. Honestly, I would't want to ask a place I wouldn't leave any of my gamer equipment with. cool regards, Raph.
