Yes! We've finally started offering Galaxy S4 repair via mailing it from Little Rock, Arkansas, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Galaxy S4 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Galaxy S4 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Galaxy S4 issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Galaxy S4. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

These guys were very helpful and responsive at every stage of the process. They made sure to explain and outline everything before I left the PS with them.
Although they weren't able to repair it, they had a good turnaround time and offered a reasonable price for a trade in--so I end up with a working unit in the end, which is what I was after.

After updating my rating to 3 stars, I was told I could get my fan replaced, but the risk is that the system will overheat again at some point. My system is pretty old, so I'm wondering if I should pre-emptively buy a new one instead of messing with this one any more (could probably sell it). I'd lose the backward compatibility, but I really don't play the old games anymore. Anyway, my point is, this place is great. I'll keep it at 4 stars because it wasn't clear to me just how loud the fan would be, but they are well priced, quick, and very accomodating.
I got the dreaded YLOD on my PS3. I took my system to these guys and got it back a couple of days later better than before. They installed a new fan for better ventilation but the drawback is that the fan is loud; they tell you that ahead of time. It's running smooth and I couldn't be happier! Great customer service and I would definitely recommend these guys in the future!!!
