Samsung Galaxy S4 Repair from Phoenix - Arizona

Yes! We've finally started offering Galaxy S4 repair via mailing it from Phoenix, Arizona, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Galaxy S4 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Galaxy S4 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Galaxy S4 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Galaxy S4. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

i took my xbox 360 to xcubicle, RROD issues, on monday received it back on thursday. No issues or compliaints about the customer service. $65 in total broken up into two payments, $20 when you drop off 360 and $45 when you pick it up, so pretty reasonable price. My xbox is working great, so hecks yeah!! i would refer this place to anybody

"Sure they will fix your consoles, but they will return your consoles in a damaged state.
The NDS Lite that I had taken to xCubicle to repair worked afterwards but the external shell was completely scratched up. I provided photographs showing that my NDS Lite was in perfect condition (I had installed a custom shell so there were no marks or scratches) and I provided photographs of what my NDS Lite looked like after they repaired it, which was scratched up all over on the front and the back. However, xCubicle refused to provide appropriate compensation and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau in order to sort things out.
Long story short: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place does not accept that they made mistakes and they will continue to try and pass the blame onto you if there are any damages."

Arun Paidimarri - HTC One M7 (AT&T) The phone is bricked (normal usage, no custom roms etc). - Do you have an unbricking service for these kind of problems? - Also, are you able to create a image of the flash memory using JTAG so that I could try to recover some data from it? Thanks,

Ed Piché - My unit is a 2012 Nexus 7 1st Gen tablet with Android 5.0.2 pushed Over The Air. The system performance suffered so badly with Lollipop, I attempted (unsuccessfully) to revert to Android 4.4.4 KitKat. In doing so, I managed to wiped the ENTIRE operating system from the tablet; it is not recognized as an ADB device by Windows 7 Device Manager, even with Asus and Koush ADB drivers installed on the PC. On power-up, the only options are Start; Restart Bootloader; Recovery Mode; and Power Off. Hitting Restart Bootloader just brings me back to the same screen. Recovery Mode brings up a screen with "Google" and an unlocked padlock, followed by an Android on his back with a red triangle and exclamation point. I suspect the tablet is beyond repair, since there is no way that I can find to transfer the previous Android OS to the tablet. However, before scrapping the tablet, I wanted to see if there might be hope for repair. All of the electronics are working perfectly; this would be a software OS reload only - no parts replacement. Thanks.
Vasyl - Hello, do you guyz fix HTC One m7 purple tint when using back camera ? Its a well known issue
Harpreet Singh - Its an HTC One M7. The device works fine except for when you try to charge it. The light doesn't turn on and it doesn't charge most of the time. I think the usb port is damaged.
