Samsung Galaxy S4 Repair from Olympia - Washington

Yes! We've finally started offering Galaxy S4 repair via mailing it from Olympia, Washington, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Galaxy S4 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Galaxy S4 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Galaxy S4 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Galaxy S4. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

My PS3 stopped working about four years after I bought it. My first option was to send it to Sony along with $150. It would take 6-8 weeks and there was a good choice I would get a refurbished system and lose all my data. Second option was the first place that came up under a google search, XCubicle. On the phone, they said the problem was common and easily fixable. It would cost $150 (same as Sony), but it would take 2-4 weeks, and they guarantee that it will be my system with all my saved data. This is where I chose to bring my system. 5 days later I receive a call saying my PS3 is ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it! I picked it up and the woman working there told me they upgraded my fan for free, so the system shouldn't overheat again. I have a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong before that time is up, I might modify this review. As of now I can say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

I brought in my Nexus 4 with a cracked screen. One hour later, I had a Nexus 4 with a new screen that was working perfectly. The price was right; it was actually a little less than other Nexus 4 repair prices I've seen advertised. As an unforeseen bonus, they put my portable general purpose computer with phone capabilities in a rubber case. I will definitely use them again if I manage to ruin anymore devices.

"My screen was completely smashed--with shards of glass falling off (and cutting my finger!). The technician warned me that the frame of the phone was bent and that they might not be able to fix it. Though if they couldn't fix it, i wouldn't have to pay!

A few hours later they had my phone in perfect working order! I love these guys."

Ramiro - Hi, I would like to know if you can fix a Google Nexus 6P, I think that the dock port died, and I dont know if there is another thing not workin. I could bring the device to your office in 48 Wall St. If you can do it: How long it would take to be fixed? And how much would it cost? Thank you.

Ed Piché - My unit is a 2012 Nexus 7 1st Gen tablet with Android 5.0.2 pushed Over The Air. The system performance suffered so badly with Lollipop, I attempted (unsuccessfully) to revert to Android 4.4.4 KitKat. In doing so, I managed to wiped the ENTIRE operating system from the tablet; it is not recognized as an ADB device by Windows 7 Device Manager, even with Asus and Koush ADB drivers installed on the PC. On power-up, the only options are Start; Restart Bootloader; Recovery Mode; and Power Off. Hitting Restart Bootloader just brings me back to the same screen. Recovery Mode brings up a screen with "Google" and an unlocked padlock, followed by an Android on his back with a red triangle and exclamation point. I suspect the tablet is beyond repair, since there is no way that I can find to transfer the previous Android OS to the tablet. However, before scrapping the tablet, I wanted to see if there might be hope for repair. All of the electronics are working perfectly; this would be a software OS reload only - no parts replacement. Thanks.
