Yes, we know the "Xbox One" is out, but its also going to be a bit pricey to get this new hardware fixed since their aren't many parts on the market yet. But rest assured we'll be using our past 8 years of experience fixing the old Xbox and applying it to the "Xbox One".

Live in New York City? You can drop it off at our shop in Manhattan.

We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

What a great experience! After being totally bummed with the dreaded 3 lights on my xbox 360, I thought I'd have to replace it. After a Google search, I dropped it off with xcubicle for them to take a look. Within a couple days they had it repaired and ready for pickup. They were polite, professional, and do an amazing job economizing on their storefront workspace! Highly recommend them to any gamer with a sick system and hesitant to fork over more for a replacement!

I was playing four-year-old my Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and saw some spontaneous fuzzy lines on the screen. As I desperately tried to get Master Chief to safety, the unit turned off and I got the dreaded Red Ring of Death (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xb…)! The Microsoft website was confusing; it either wanted $70 plus shipping, or was telling me that pre-2010 machines would not be fixed at all. The RROD is basically just caused by crappy thermal tape on the board of the unit, so I thought fixing it locally would be better. When I dropped off my device at xCubicle, they immediately confirmed the issue. I left them a $20 deposit. A few days later, they called and it was all fixed! They showed me that it was working on a monitor before I took it home. The total price was $65. The location itself is actually a corner store, and you can't go inside - it's just a super tiny window that opens up. Having hardcore gamers shyly pop their heads out of a tiny window covered in Mario stickers seems like it confirms a number of stereotypes, but these guys are awesome.

Brought my boyfriends PS3 to be repaired. They were able to find the problem immediately. I had asked them if they would be able to fix it the same day as I wanted to surprise my bf as his bday present. I begged them a little and they promised me that they would try to fix it by closing time. I went back to the shop around closing time and found that it was fixed and working! I was so happy and the cost of fixing it was way less then buying a new unit. These guys rock!

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Theo - The LB button on my Xbox 360 controller isn't working.
Charlie Recalde - Xbox 360 slim, connected to AV receiver with HDMI cable - The cd drive touch sensitive open button stopped working. Also beginning at the same time, the console now boots up, and the controller syncs, all with no picture or sound on the TV. But then, it boots up again, the lights spin around on the console again and the video comes onto the TV but it outputs no sound whatsoever. It then proceeds to operate perfectly, but without any sound being output to the HDMI. However, when I use wireless headphones that are plugged into the optical sound port, I can hear the sound. Then when you turn it off, it doesn't shut down automatically, but waits a few seconds, then makes the sound it makes when u open the CD drive, and then shuts down. Any idea what the issue might be and how much it would cost to fix? Thanks.
Brad Yuan - The tray on my xbox 360 slim is stuck in the open position. There's a game disc that fell out of the tray when I bumped the console and it's now blocking the tray from closing properly.
Amanda Harriott - My xbox 360 disc drawer was accidently stepped on and now won't close. The system just keeps telling me that the door is open.
gabby - xbox one is overheating and shutting off
