Click to Email

Yes, we know the "Xbox One" is out, but its also going to be a bit pricey to get this new hardware fixed since their aren't many parts on the market yet. But rest assured we'll be using our past 8 years of experience fixing the old Xbox and applying it to the "Xbox One".

Live in New York City? You can drop it off at our shop in Manhattan.

We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the system to us. Click here for our mailing address or call us for help.

My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!

Excellent service, and beyond-the-call understanding when my daughter couldn't find the location and had to return outside of our appt window. Hope we don't have to replace another iPad screen, but if we do, we'll be back.

What a great experience! After being totally bummed with the dreaded 3 lights on my xbox 360, I thought I'd have to replace it. After a Google search, I dropped it off with xcubicle for them to take a look. Within a couple days they had it repaired and ready for pickup. They were polite, professional, and do an amazing job economizing on their storefront workspace! Highly recommend them to any gamer with a sick system and hesitant to fork over more for a replacement!

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Richard Ospina - I had fixed my xbox before. It had the 3 red lights again and this time the xclan trick doesnt work anymore. It is an original xbox phat. Can it be fixed?
rob asen - Original XBOX - not recognizing any disc. Drive door opening and closing normally. Maybe lens is dirty, etc. XBOX only offering "XBOX live", no option to load the inserted game. LMK if it's even worth repairing or opening case to clean the lens, since I can buy a used XBOX for prob $60. I'm in Manhattan lower west - not one of your choices. Thanks!
Alan Watson - My xbox works just fine (I repaired the RROD problem), but now the fan is so loud! It starts off fine but then the fan noise gradually gets too loud that it's unbearable.
Timothy Bialecki - xbox 360 (250 GB) developed the problem about 7-8 days ago, in that it will not connect to the internet, whether with a hardwire or wireless connection. I have an ASUS RT-N56U router. There are no blocked clients on the router page to prevent access. xBox live FAQ/Solutions have all been tried without success. Is this a problem that could be repaired by your company?
jeremy smith - looking to have my modded Xbox 360 phat repaired it was fix before but now it has 3 red lights....., it has been working for a year but today i hear a beep and 3 lights, can this be fix and how much?
