Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from charlotte, North Carolina, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
These guys are awesome! Had the YLOD (red blinking light) on my PS3. So stuck between the decision of buying a new console, or sending it in for repairs with Sony I stumbled across xCubicle, and with all the good reviews I decided to give them a try. I brought my PS3 down to them on a Monday afternoon, put down a $20 diagnostic fee (which goes toward your total cost), and by Wednesday had a working console back in my possession. The grand total was $125 (including the aforementioned $20). Totally worth the money for a repair that only took TWO DAYS! Highly recommended!
Unfortunately they don't take anything outside their standard list of services it seems. For example I asked if they could put back together my iPhone which someone else opened and couldn't re-assemble. They said no because they don't want to be liable. I understand the point, but sorry, that's pretty weak.
Brought my boyfriends PS3 to be repaired. They were able to find the problem immediately. I had asked them if they would be able to fix it the same day as I wanted to surprise my bf as his bday present. I begged them a little and they promised me that they would try to fix it by closing time. I went back to the shop around closing time and found that it was fixed and working! I was so happy and the cost of fixing it was way less then buying a new unit. These guys rock!
