Xbox One Repair from Hoboken - New Jersey

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Hoboken, New Jersey, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

"Sure they will fix your consoles, but they will return your consoles in a damaged state.
The NDS Lite that I had taken to xCubicle to repair worked afterwards but the external shell was completely scratched up. I provided photographs showing that my NDS Lite was in perfect condition (I had installed a custom shell so there were no marks or scratches) and I provided photographs of what my NDS Lite looked like after they repaired it, which was scratched up all over on the front and the back. However, xCubicle refused to provide appropriate compensation and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau in order to sort things out.
Long story short: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place does not accept that they made mistakes and they will continue to try and pass the blame onto you if there are any damages."

My savior. They are the ONLY place in NYC that replaces Nexus 5 screens. The replacement took them 45 minutes and was $175. The freelancers are super friendly and helpful. I will be definitely recommending their services!

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Monique - I turned on the xbox and got 3 flashing red lights and a green light in the middle... Just wanted to know how much to repair... thanks
George Pehrson - My Xbox 360 won't stay on. I don't think it's a matter of overheating, and I don't think it's a chord issue. It makes a funny noise when it comes on, so it's most likely something internal. Even worse, it might be insects. I just discovered tiny bugs coming up from the apartment below - and living behind my tv. For me, this is really gross and horrifying, and I can't imagine a repair place wanting to deal with this - but here I am, asking for a quote because I'd rather not open the unit myself. With luck, it's just a matter of something internal being broken (and no bugs). Thanks.
Araya turner - My Xbox 360 will not play any games or cds but it still work's.
Denis - I attempted to use the XBox with a HiDef TV. Within minutes the picture started to go bad - pixelated. Switched it back to reg def, and at first the problem would only recur occasionally. It got more frequent, and finally died. I tried restarting a few times afterwards, but had to force quit each time, and eventually got the RROD. I'm in Chapel Hill, NC.
