Xbox One Repair from Salem - Oregon

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Salem, Oregon, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

This was my first iPhone repair experience outside of a warranty repair at the Apple store and I was impressed. Easy online reservation, quick repair turnaround, and thorough check of the functionality of the phone once it was closed back up.

These guys are amazing! my ps3 recently died and i had alot of family photos in my system and I wanted some place reliable. i researched around and was thinking about sending it to places out of the state, but read alot of bad horror stories during shipping so decided to do it locally so at least i can talk to the guy that's going to fix my stuff. at first i brought it to my local game shop in brooklyn but they weren't able to fix it and actually recommend me to these guys afterwards. well i brought it in and the guy (vincent) was very informative about how they were going to fix it and explained me the process of reflowing my board to revive it. their prices are much more than other places, but that's due to their experience level from what i noticed and you really get what you pay for. I'm so glad they we're able to get machine up and running again. they were even nice enough to backup my pictures for me. they need a bigger store! amazing how much they get done in there tho.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Chawn Johnson - Xbox tray does not open. Stays close.
Will - Xbox 360 S Starts up but no audio or video
donald jackson - On my xbox360 the hard drive stop reading my games...
Kevin Miller - Xbox 360 Elite and games worked earlier today but now there is only a "not supported" or "no input" on my TV screen. I checked HDMI cable and it works with my cable box so it's not that. And I tried using standard AV set up and also Component set up for HD and that didn't work on Xbox so It must be internal. I went online and tried to reset video settings and that didn't work either. about 1 month or so ago I got RROD but it resolved itself and I was able to play games and access all xbox content no problem. Any solutions?
Richard - Xbox has one red light blinking in the Player 4 (lower right hand light when xbox is horizontal), screen shows E 74, "repair your XBox now" (or something to that effect in ~10 languages).
