Yes! We've finally started offering Wii U repair via mailing it from Lincoln, Nebraska, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Wii U fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Wii U repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Wii U issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Wii U. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
Yay, my Nintendo Wii is fixed! xCubicle fixed the drive issue on my Wii for a straight up $60, which covered labor and parts. Service was great, communication was great, all around a great business to go to. Cash only!
I got the dreaded YLOD on my PS3. I took my system to these guys and got it back a couple of days later better than before. They installed a new fan for better ventilation but the drawback is that the fan is loud; they tell you that ahead of time. It's running smooth and I couldn't be happier! Great customer service and I would definitely recommend these guys in the future!!!
They seem to do a pretty sloppy job. I brought my phone in to replace the screen because it was cracked. They speedily fixed it and I tested it and it looked great. I happily left. Only to realize that I forgot to test the front camera and it turns out, that was not connected. So I brought it back the next day thinking that they just forgot a step. This time, when I got the phone back after a longer wait than before, the front camera now worked but the back cover was loose, so then i had to give it back and they added more glue. But when I looked closely, the edges of the back cover now have small cracks. It's not extremely visible but it shows that this second time, the person was not as careful when trying to pry open the cover. And then, a few days later, I noticed that the NFC function was not working anymore. I use that to pay for taxi usually. Seems like they missed another step... Don't they have some kind of checklist to make sure they have done everything when they put things back? I have decided not to bring it back because I don't feel that I can trust them to do a good job. They actually charge more than other places I called and more than if I sent it back to the manufactory but I went there because the review ratings looked good and I thought it would be quicker than sending it to the manufacturer. Really wish they were not so sloppy.
