Yes! We've finally started offering Motorola Moto X repair via mailing it from Austin, Texas, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Motorola Moto X fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Motorola Moto X repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Motorola Moto X issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Motorola Moto X. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!

I highly recommend xCubicle. They fixed a badly scratched CD of mine, which allowed me to export the data to my computer. This had not been possible before going here. The disc would freeze. Nothing worked. Not even the famed toothpaste method.

This is all thanks to their highly advanced CD scratch repair machine. I'm not talking about that cheap Walkman-looking thing you get in the clearance section of a Best Buy. This bad boy is a sophisticated piece of tech. They might be the only place in New York with one. And the service is only $7. The cool dude at the counter even offered to run the disc through the machine twice without charging me any extra. Whole process takes about 15 minutes.

Going here in and of itself is kinda neat. As mentioned before, there's no actual store to walk into. It's just a counter you go up to. Very old school. A nice change of pace and certainly a vestige in an increasingly bygone New York City."

Unfortunately they don't take anything outside their standard list of services it seems. For example I asked if they could put back together my iPhone which someone else opened and couldn't re-assemble. They said no because they don't want to be liable. I understand the point, but sorry, that's pretty weak.

Let's be fair here. You should have been more responsible with your iPhone. We were cordial with you on the phone and we were honest with you. We made clear of what we do and what we don't do. We did not provide any services for you, the only thing that we did provide was friendship and honesty. We gave you 99.9% of customer service that the other place didn't give you. It's quite unfortunate that our relationship has turned sour so quickly. Please reevaluate your review. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated.
