new-nintendo-3ds-xlll-repair-2015-model-n3dsxl-nyc (Walk In) + Indiana Indianapolis (Mail In Available)

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Indianapolis, Indiana, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Brought in my Wii because disc was not loading in drive. Magically, it was done the same day (thanks to their expertise and service). I decided to pick up my Wii the following day. Highly recommended, GREAT shop to go to when repairing your entertainment consoles. Reasonable price, compared to returning it to manufacturer and having to pay a HEAVY fee. Why wait when you can have it done within 2-3 business days.

These guys are amazing! In the smallest shop I've ever seen, they work miracles!! They're polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to be helpful. Really impressive work, I would go there again in a flash if my xbox breaks down again.

Update: The first attempt at repair did not succeed, brought the iPhone back he replaced the entire assembly with the problem and charged a reasonable fee for the additional work. Still satisfied!

Marian - Hi, I have my Wii not reading games anymore. I purchased it in Nov 2010 at BestBuy and don't have extended warranty. I moved to Europe and my Wii worked fine only for one year. Currenty, I'm in NYC only for limited time (till May 25) and brought my broken Wii that I can find some place where it can be fixed. Could you, please, let me know whether you would help me out? May I bring my Wii to your place on Sun May 20 at noon? At BestBuy they told me they won't have a look as I don't have extended warranty and said I should contant some Nintendo store. Please, let me know if you or other store could help me out and fix my Wii within week. Thank you for soon reply in advance. Best regards, Marian Zvada

Carlos Vazquez - Hello, My 3DS XL is in perfect working order, but I would like to have it refurbished with a new housing. I have a Japanese white system and would like a new black housing. My concern would be that since I have a white system, I would need the matching buttons, switches, 3D slider, d-pad, circle pad and SD slot/tray from a typical black housing. I'm shopping around, so I'm just curious what something like this would cost. I'm from California, by the way.
Garry Hoggan - Hi There, Do you offer repairs on hard bricked 3DSXL consoles? I messed up badly attempting a downgrade and used the wrong cia files. If you do offer this service, how much is it? Thanks!
Christina Jeffrey - When I turn on my Nintendo Wii and enter in the disc, it makes a Extremely loud vibrating noise and self-ejects and re-enters the disc and makes the same noise all over again.
