Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Harlem, Manhattan, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Ummmm so I had them repair my PS3 for the YLOD. At first everything seemed great, the only problem is that when they repaired my ps3, they turned on the fan setting all the way to the maximum level. It literally sounds like a hair dryer in your room. So if it repaired, why do you need the fan to be on the highest level. It's because it is not really repaired in my opinion. After a week of having it on high, i decided to take it back and have them change the fan back to the original settings. They warned me that it may go back to YLOD. I said screw that. If my ps3 can work for 8 years on normal fan settings, then it should be fine. Behold, after 2 weeks, my ps3 reverted back to YLOD. I looked under the hood and noticed that I had missing screws and looked like they changed some of my parts out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! DON"T USE, waste of money, just buy a new ps3 by that point. Waste of $125.
I was playing four-year-old my Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and saw some spontaneous fuzzy lines on the screen. As I desperately tried to get Master Chief to safety, the unit turned off and I got the dreaded Red Ring of Death (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xb…)! The Microsoft website was confusing; it either wanted $70 plus shipping, or was telling me that pre-2010 machines would not be fixed at all. The RROD is basically just caused by crappy thermal tape on the board of the unit, so I thought fixing it locally would be better. When I dropped off my device at xCubicle, they immediately confirmed the issue. I left them a $20 deposit. A few days later, they called and it was all fixed! They showed me that it was working on a monitor before I took it home. The total price was $65. The location itself is actually a corner store, and you can't go inside - it's just a super tiny window that opens up. Having hardcore gamers shyly pop their heads out of a tiny window covered in Mario stickers seems like it confirms a number of stereotypes, but these guys are awesome.
