Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
Brought in my Wii because disc was not loading in drive. Magically, it was done the same day (thanks to their expertise and service). I decided to pick up my Wii the following day. Highly recommended, GREAT shop to go to when repairing your entertainment consoles. Reasonable price, compared to returning it to manufacturer and having to pay a HEAVY fee. Why wait when you can have it done within 2-3 business days.

The NDS Lite that I had taken to xCubicle to repair worked afterwards but the external shell was completely scratched up. I provided photographs showing that my NDS Lite was in perfect condition (I had installed a custom shell so there were no marks or scratches) and I provided photographs of what my NDS Lite looked like after they repaired it, which was scratched up all over on the front and the back. However, xCubicle refused to provide appropriate compensation and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau in order to sort things out.
Long story short: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place does not accept that they made mistakes and they will continue to try and pass the blame onto you if there are any damages."
I brought my XBox 360 into XCubicle in December because my disk drive stopped opening. They charged me $80 for the repair, citing that I needed a new belt. After picking it up, it worked fine -- for a month. It started acting up again and finally stopped opening again altogether just last week. My girlfriend decided to see if she could repair it by watching a video on YouTube. She took the device apart and discovered that my "new belt" that cost $80 was really just a throw-away rubber band. XBoxes get hot. There is a reason you shouldn't use a rubber band. Dry rot. While she had the XBox open, she discovered that another part (a shield) had been replaced for some reason and that repair was shoddy as well. They replaced it with an incorrect part and masking taped it together. They even lost two screws that hold the case together from the inside. It's amazing that it ever worked at all. This was the only repair that I've ever had done on the Xbox, and I've had it since it was brand new. Do not take your equipment to these people. Watch a video or email me and my girlfriend will happily do it for half price. Not Kidding.
