NEW Nintendo 3DS XL/LL Repair - 2015 Model N3DSXL from Providence - Rhode Island

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Providence, Rhode Island, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Good, efficient service. Dropped off my Google nexus 7" tablet with a broken screen and they had it fixed within 48 hours. Good service. Next time I drop my phone, I'm going straight here.

My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!

Ariel Hernandez - I am messaging you simply because I wish to replace my New Nintendo 3DS XL (2015) frontplate as the red plastic on the cover has peeled off due to contact with a wet towel. The 3DS works fine. I've tried looking online however I couldn't find a proper replacement.
Jess - Nintendo 3DS XL (Not the new one) i need a replacement circle pad. how much would that be?
Garrett Johnson - New 3DS XL. Small 3mm wide dent in digitizer and black spot on touchscren. Could you please send me a quote to replace this?

Ajiv Rabindranauth - I think the fuse(s) on my New 3DS XL are blown. One of my chargers somehow malfunctioned when charging my 3DS. It charged & then discharged in rapid succession. Now the console won't charge at all. The 3DS still had 3/4 of battery life left according to the battery indicator on the home menu. I attempted to shut the 3DS off to see in I could get it to charge that way, but to no avail. Unfortunately, the 3DS won't turn on now. I've tried replacement batteries, different chargers & nothing has worked. Is this an issue that this company can fix?
