new-nintendo-3ds-xlll-repair-2015-model-n3dsxl-nyc (Walk In) + Utah Salt Lake City (Mail In Available)

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Salt Lake City, Utah, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

These guys are amazing! my ps3 recently died and i had alot of family photos in my system and I wanted some place reliable. i researched around and was thinking about sending it to places out of the state, but read alot of bad horror stories during shipping so decided to do it locally so at least i can talk to the guy that's going to fix my stuff. at first i brought it to my local game shop in brooklyn but they weren't able to fix it and actually recommend me to these guys afterwards. well i brought it in and the guy (vincent) was very informative about how they were going to fix it and explained me the process of reflowing my board to revive it. their prices are much more than other places, but that's due to their experience level from what i noticed and you really get what you pay for. I'm so glad they we're able to get machine up and running again. they were even nice enough to backup my pictures for me. they need a bigger store! amazing how much they get done in there tho.

My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!

Alyvia Janes - I have a Nintendo dsi xl. I dropped it on tile and the screen wouldn’t turn but the blue light was on. I looked up solutions and figured I could fix it by myself. I’m usually better with stuff like this but I wasn’t having any luck. I’m not very good with technical terms but ill try to explain it the best I can. When you’re looking at the motherboard to the right bottom there is a connector that looks like it goes from the battery to the rest of the device. That thing fell off the motherboard and a little gold piece come out of it. I tried getting it back in but it ended up breaking. So now I cant even get anything to power on. I hope there is a way this can be fixed. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear back from you soon. :)
Mathew - I was wondering on how much would it cost to fix the analog stick on my new 3ds xl; it seems that there is a plastic piece that is cracked which makes it hard to use.
