"Had a PS3 with graphical glitch issues.
These guys were very helpful and responsive at every stage of the process. They made sure to explain and outline everything before I left the PS with them.
Although they weren't able to repair it, they had a good turnaround time and offered a reasonable price for a trade in--so I end up with a working unit in the end, which is what I was after.
Overall I'm happy with the service."

When I first saw it was a cubicle on Essex St, the name of the business dawned on me. LOL! I couldn't have asked for more from these guys, they were polite and friendly with guaranteed work (if the system fails anytime within 60 days- you bring it back without hassle)! I brought my PS3 for work and I was in and out of the place in a matter of minutes for the diagnostic. I figured they'd be done with my console in several days since I noticed MANY consoles in their qaint little shop but to my surprise, I got the pick-up call in just a day! They will answer any questions you have via phone and email with fast responses, so if you need your console fixed, these are the fellas for the job!

Marko Cecic-Karuzic - Console: Nintendo Switch It currently has 2 problems that need repairs. First, and the oldest issue which its had for several months, is that the fan whirrs very loudly almost all the time immediately after it turns on. The fan also doesn't release air despite it making this noise. The Switch isn't overheating when this issue starts(the fan whirring actually seems to make it overheat faster) so it doesn't make sense for it to be doing this. The second issue, and a very recent one(it started 2 weeks ago), is that the battery life behaves extremely oddly. When unplugged, it loses all of its power very quickly in large chunks, and when plugged in, gains all of its power very quickly, so it essentially has to permanently sit on the charger. However, sometimes this is inconsistent and the Switch's battery can trickle by one unit per second while charging.
