Nintendo 2DS Repair from Cheyenne - Wyoming

Yes! We've finally started offering 2DS repair via mailing it from Cheyenne, Wyoming, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your 2DS fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your 2DS repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your 2DS issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your 2DS. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Super great experience! My appointment was at 5:30pm and I showed up a little early. They checked my phone and identified the issue right away. Phone was fixed in 10 min and I was on my way. Highly recommended!

"AMAZING. Stumbled on this place through google cause my Playstation 80 GB (backwards compatible) would not even turn on anymore after i tried to reflow and reapply the thermal paste a third time myself. I brought it here and they charged me a $30 diagnostic fee and $70 more if they fixed the problem.
Sure enough, in one day, they had my PS3 bumping and alive once again. They showed me on a monitor that it turned on and even put a game in to verify that it was reading discs. The lady associate i dealt with was very professional and courteous. It's cash only but definitely well worth it! I now know where to go for my system needs. Highly highly recommended. Love you guys and gals!
PS - love the little figures and art in the window. Keep up the excellent work!"

Unfortunately they don't take anything outside their standard list of services it seems. For example I asked if they could put back together my iPhone which someone else opened and couldn't re-assemble. They said no because they don't want to be liable. I understand the point, but sorry, that's pretty weak.

Let's be fair here. You should have been more responsible with your iPhone. We were cordial with you on the phone and we were honest with you. We made clear of what we do and what we don't do. We did not provide any services for you, the only thing that we did provide was friendship and honesty. We gave you 99.9% of customer service that the other place didn't give you. It's quite unfortunate that our relationship has turned sour so quickly. Please reevaluate your review. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated.

Harry Santiago - I have two handheld that need to be fixed the 3dxl screen is cracked in two places and the 3ds is snapped where it opens need to know how much it will cost for the both to get fixed and/or if it's worth saving. They are my sons so if they are worth saving I would like to ! Thank you
Frank DiCostanzo - My son's volume slider on his 3DS XL is not working...just moves up and down with no effect on volume.
claudio - hey my new 3ds xl is broken the L button and some time when i put my 3ds down it will turn can you fix and how much will it cost
Ajiv Rabindranauth - I think the fuse(s) on my New 3DS XL are blown. One of my chargers somehow malfunctioned when charging my 3DS. It charged & then discharged in rapid succession. Now the console won't charge at all. The 3DS still had 3/4 of battery life left according to the battery indicator on the home menu. I attempted to shut the 3DS off to see in I could get it to charge that way, but to no avail. Unfortunately, the 3DS won't turn on now. I've tried replacement batteries, different chargers & nothing has worked. Is this an issue that this company can fix?
