samsung-galaxy-note-7-repair-nyc (Walk In) + New Mexico Santa Fe (Mail In Available)
Yes! We've finally started offering Galaxy Note 7 repair via mailing it from Santa Fe, New Mexico, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Galaxy Note 7 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Galaxy Note 7 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Galaxy Note 7 issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Galaxy Note 7. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
I had a broken XBOX and everywhere wanted weeks to repair it, required me to mail it, and cost anywhere from $60-$175. It made me think I had to just buy a new console... but I searched a ilttle more... and found xCubicle right in Manhattan! xCubicle diagnosed the problem right on the spot and took the unit.... they did the repair for $65 and called me when it was complete three days later as originally stated. They even gave me a bag to carry it back as I had walked there to pick it up and didn't think to bring a bag. Excellent (and friendly) customer service, fair price, quick turnaround and high quailty work.
Great and timely repair on short notice when I dropped my IPhone a few weeks back. Hopefully I won't need to go back anytime soon but would repeat if needed.
The place looks sketchy and it is. They held my PS3 for 7 days before I decided to call and see what was going on. After 20 min on the phone listening to them search for it, I was told they couldn't fix it. They then offered to give me a trade in deal on a refurbished PS3 for $200. Use them at your own risk.
