macbook-pro-repair-2013-model-nyc (Walk In) + Colorado Denver (Mail In Available)
Yes! We've finally started offering Macbook Pro repair via mailing it from Denver, Colorado, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Macbook Pro fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Macbook Pro repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Macbook Pro issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Macbook Pro. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
I got the dreaded YLOD on my PS3. I took my system to these guys and got it back a couple of days later better than before. They installed a new fan for better ventilation but the drawback is that the fan is loud; they tell you that ahead of time. It's running smooth and I couldn't be happier! Great customer service and I would definitely recommend these guys in the future!!!
I brought my XBox 360 into XCubicle in December because my disk drive stopped opening. They charged me $80 for the repair, citing that I needed a new belt. After picking it up, it worked fine -- for a month. It started acting up again and finally stopped opening again altogether just last week. My girlfriend decided to see if she could repair it by watching a video on YouTube. She took the device apart and discovered that my "new belt" that cost $80 was really just a throw-away rubber band. XBoxes get hot. There is a reason you shouldn't use a rubber band. Dry rot. While she had the XBox open, she discovered that another part (a shield) had been replaced for some reason and that repair was shoddy as well. They replaced it with an incorrect part and masking taped it together. They even lost two screws that hold the case together from the inside. It's amazing that it ever worked at all. This was the only repair that I've ever had done on the Xbox, and I've had it since it was brand new. Do not take your equipment to these people. Watch a video or email me and my girlfriend will happily do it for half price. Not Kidding.
My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!
