Brandon M. - Fixed: PS4
I visited this hidden-away place in order to get my PlayStation 4 fixed for a disc-reading issue. The place is a little hard to find, there are small gold-colored doors at 48 Wall Street on the right-hand side. When you reach the lobby, let the desk guard/attendant know that you are visiting the 5th floor for xCubicle. Service was extremely friendly, reliable, and quick. I paid $140 for 3-hour service on my game system (PS4) and it was completed within 2. I actually waited in the local area… Read More Reviews
Harold Witten - Fixed: 2DS
After looking for someone who could repair my 2DSXL, I eventually stumbled on xCubicle, and I couldn't be happier having done so. They responded within 24hrs of me filling in the web form, and they were immediately prepared to accept delivery of my unit and replace its broken screen. xCubicle received it on the 12th and sent it back on the 17th, and it now works flawlessly. The person I was communicating with kept me up to date at every stage of the process. I can't recommend xCubicle highly… Read More Reviews
Rob G. - Fixed: Wii
Great experience! Our Wii no longer would read the game disks. Didn't want to buy a replacement since you can't transfer most game data. They fixed it fast and all the data was saved. Great communication through the whole process. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.
M Cab - Fixed: Xbox One
I had pretty bad stick drift on my Xbox Elite series 2, had them fix it (paid a little extra for quicker turn around). It initially worked well for a couple weeks, then I noticed it start again. I contact them, they said to bring it in. They fixed it at no extra charge (even the quicker turn around for no extra charge), and it has worked great (for an Xbox Elite controller at least, no fault of these guys at all) ever since. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Jose Nelson - Fixed: PS3
My PS3 needed servicing. My game disk would not play once inserted. I took it here to xCubicle and the repair was excellent. The Lady who took care of me was very friendly and answered all my questions. The repair took about a week but the repair was well done. I’m very happy with the service provided to me. I highly recommend anyone who needs their consoles repaired this is the place to go. Thx xCubicle
Mack P. - Fixed: PS4
The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb  hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. The reason this isn't 5 star review was that they said it would take a week for the PlayStation to be ready. I return a week later and they say… Read More Reviews
Grant R. - Fixed: PS Vita Slim
When I took my PlayStation Vita out of my back pocket and saw that it was missing its analog stick, I was devastated. Since the system was out of warranty, I was prepared to go buy a new one on eBay, and tried that before getting sniped at the last minute. My wife convinced me to look into other options, so I did a quick Google search for "vita repair". xCubicle was the most reputable place I found. Their web site was informative and easy to navigate, and I quickly found and… Read More Reviews
